Sunrise simulation wakes you up gradually

Inspired by the sunrise in nature, the light intensity increases over 30 minutes to a bright yellow light. This slow change stimulates the body to help you wake up naturally. Together with the room-filling light, the natural sound you choose supports your waking experience so that you are fit for the day.

Dimmed light for softer sleep

The sunset simulation is a light therapy that helps you fall asleep. It prepares your body to fall asleep by slowly decreasing the light over a duration you set.

Light sensitivity varies from person to person. Generally, people who are exposed to higher light intensity wake up faster. The 10 light intensities of the wake-up light can be adjusted individually and even up to 200 lux.

At the alarm time you set, a natural sound will sound to complete your wake-up experience, ensuring you are safely awake. The selected alarm tone gradually gets louder within and a half minutes, up to the set volume.
