How to use
- Shake the bottle to activate the formula and mix the 2 phases to enjoy a soothing and pleasant makeup removal ritual.
- Put Bi-Facil Clean & Care on a cotton pad and hold it over closed eyes to moisten and soften makeup.
- Then gently sweep the cotton pad over the makeup to remove it.
- Repeat the process until all eye makeup is removed.
