How to use
- Work a pea-sized amount into a lather in wet hands.
- Apply to dampened face and neck, massaging in circular motions while concentrating on areas of congestion and oiliness.

Discipline
I have been using Dermalogica products since the beginning of December. I am over 30, my skin is blemished with combination skin and blackheads, here and there I have fine wrinkles :-)
From the products I ordered the following:
- Clearing Skin Wash
- Multi Active Toner
- Multivitamin Thermafoliant
- Oil Free Matte
- Overnight Clearing Gel
On the whole, the products are great. It takes time and discipline, because the skin is initially worse than before the treatment, ie more impurities.
Cleansing Gel is good and refreshes the skin, in between I have to wash my face twice in a row... Toner takes some getting used to because you have to spray it on your face without using a cotton pad. Overnight Clearing Gel make the skin overnight Supple and reduces the pimple and also the pores. Oil Free Matte I personally find solala, my T-zone is still oily, but the pores still do not seem gigantic.
My conclusion, even if the skin is still impure, the skin tightening is underway and the one or other wrinkles are padded.
The price is a disadvantage in my opinion. If you want a complete set, you have to expect at least 400.-....
