How to use
For a striking look, apply to the eye area (eyelid and crease) with the 239 Brush in a pressing motion to build up the colour. For even more intensity, apply over Prep + Prime 24 Hour Extend Eye Base.
For a softer look, apply to the eye area with the 217 Brush in a circular motion to blend the product.
