How to use
For an eye-catching look, apply to the eye area (eyelid and eyelid crease) with the 239 Brush in pressing movements to build up the colour. For even more intensity, apply over Prep + Prime 24 Hour Extend Eye Base.
For a softer look, apply to the eye area with the 217 Brush in circular movements to blend the product.
