Feather Double Edge Razor (so called DE-blade -- DE = double edge), suitable for the CAPTAIN FAWCETT razor, as well as many other razors or razor plane models for the use of DE-blades. Cult status -- perhaps the sharpest razor blade! Feather has been manufacturing a high quality Double Edge Blade that is now recognized around the world as one of the world’s best razor blades. Manufactured in Japan, Feather uses its proprietary technology and techniques to deliver the best shaving experience possible. Already with the first pull you notice the legendary sharpness -- these blades glide through the whiskers like butter. The sharpness characteristics are impressive, long life and very consistent results. The durability, precision and reliability of the platinum-coated high-performance stainless steel blade from the most modern industrial production is considered by many users to be the ultimate in DE blades. For the unexperienced beginner, who still has to get used to the excessive pressure and still has skin irritations, possibly quite demanding. Each dispenser is wrapped in protective foil, each blade in turn individually wrapped -- guaranteeing a long shelf life. The plastic dispensers have a receptacle on the back for the used blades, ideal when you are on the road. 

Important note: in the USA and other countries Feather razor blades are offered with a yellow front cardboard insert and sometimes with the note "New Stainless" or similar. Occasionally we receive an enquiry about the differences between the Feather types. The yellow version is only a packaging variant for the export market. However, according to the manufacturer's statement, counterfeits of inferior quality have already appeared in the trade several times. The version we offer (which we import directly from the manufacturer fresh from the factory in Japan!) has the original packaging for the Japanese market. Be careful with packages with old-fashioned fonts, deviations or similar, these may be fakes or old goods that have been stored for decades!
