Our new, two-sided Fill + Fluff Eyebrow Pomade Pencil has a rotating drop tip. This can be used to draw individually fine, realistic-looking strokes of hairs or to work over a wide area. On the other side is a dense hair brush for soft blending.
The 6 matte, soft colours with a wax texture can be used to build, shape and style brows from thin to bushy.
