Then I get into the shower and begin another ritual, mixing shampoo with conditioner, a hairdresser's trick, to save time because with this basic mixture I can clean the whole thing much better. I rinse well and finish with a final blue shampoo to get a nice shine, which I leave on while I wash my body. When it's over, I rinse from head to toe and finish with a cool water rinse to stimulate the body and, as far as the hair is concerned, to close the scales of the hair fibers. I stay there for 30 minutes, but at least I'm as good as new.
