How to use
- For the optimal smokey eye look, an eyelid line is drawn with the Tattoo Liner Smokey Gel Pencil. The width can be chosen as desired: a thin eyeliner for a more subtle look, and a wider eyeliner for a more dramatic look.
- Then, using the blender at the end of the liner, blend the eyeliner with the rest of the lid. Starting with the outer corner of the eye, the eyeliner is blended upwards and – at will – to the side.
Pro-tip: For a particularly expressive look, the liner can also be applied to the lower lash line and blended.
