How to use
Dosage/Daily Portion:
- Adults and adolescents from 13 years: 4 heaped teaspoons (= 20 g)
- Children from 4 years: 2 heaped teaspoons (= 10 g)
- Children from 1 year: 1 heaped teaspoon (= 5 g)
Jemalt can be easily incorporated into the daily meal plan. For example, with milk, muesli, yogurt, or quark.
