How to use
Preparation:
Pour 250 ml of cold water into a shaker, add the contents of the pouch (55 g), shake vigorously and enjoy.
Weight control with Modifast:
Modifast products can be used as part of a diet plan for weight control.
- Replacement of normal meals with balanced, low-calorie Modifast meals (daily portions).
- The recommended amount of 4 pouches per day ensures adequate intake of all essential nutrients daily.
- For weight control, Modifast can be used flexibly on a daily basis.
