The Mascare has a buildable formula, which means you can apply it in multiple layers to create your desired effect without clumping the lashes. 

Eir is a black mascara whose intense colour comes from the high-purity pigments. While your lashes look great, Eir also conditions them, thanks to its nourishing ingredients like sunflower oil and vitamin E.
