How to use
- Clean and dry your teeth before use. Simply peel off the protective foil from the larger strip and place the adhesive side of the strips on the upper teeth and press firmly. Now fold the bottom end around the teeth to whiten them all around.
- Repeat the same for the lower row of teeth with the smaller strip. Leave the strips on the teeth for 30-60 minutes for best results.
- Then remove the strips and simply rinse the mouth.
