How to use
- Shake well before use.
- Apply liberally and evenly to all unprotected areas 15 to 20 minutes before exposure to the sun.

Stung my face as soon as I put it on so had to wash it off. Can't speak about how good a SPF it is. Shame as it is in a handy sized spray tin.
