How to use
- Take about 4-5 cm of dental floss and wrap it around your fingers so that a 2 cm long piece of thread can slide between your teeth.
- Gently insert the floss into the space between your teeth using zigzag movements.
- Then place the floss in a u-shape around the tooth and move it from top to bottom.
- Repeat this step for each tooth with a fresh section of floss.
