Not as citric as that, if at all. The fragrance is very classic, old France, even though it's a Cologne for men only.
The blend isn't unpleasant, but it is surprising because it's like traveling back in time.
It's not an Eau that can be combined with another to try and make it more trendy, because that would be a waste, as it's to be accepted as it is, so as not to denature it. It is warm and soothing. It also tends to calm the senses.
