I have natural long hair with a thinning tendency and I lose volume super fast! I like this shampoo because it does not create an extraordinarily high volume immediately after use, but rather a normal one, however, compared to other volumizing shampoos that I use, it lasts for 2-3 days which I love. It made me stop washing my hair on a daily basis. I would not use it together with Complex 5, though, because I feel a bit that the oil stays on the scalp for a while and leads to reduced volume quite soon.
