The Fill and Fluff Clear Brow Wax Pencil by NYX Professional Makeup gives fullness and volume.
The two-sided eyebrow pencil contains a pomade of smooth wax that is ideal as a primer. On one side is an angled and rotating drop tip that allows the wax to be applied precisely to the brows. On the other side is a soft brush head that can be used to blend the vegan wax. The brush captures the fine hairs ideally, emphasises them and gives volume. In this way, the eyebrows can be individually shaped – for an expressive look.
