Blond Studio 9 Bonder Inside by L'Oréal Professionnel is a powerful lightening powder with Bonder Inside. It combines a high concentration of lightening and bonding agents, for up to 9 levels of lightening with proven bonding protection.
Multitechnical lightening powder with a binding complex that keeps hair strong during lightening. No extra mixing, no extra time! It contains a special oil developer that enhances the lifting effect, with 17% oil content. It is compatible with all blonding techniques – foil, open air, and directly on the scalp.
L'Oreal Professionnel Blonde Studio 9 Bonder Inside is suitable for all French Balayage treatments, especially for extreme and contrasting transformations such as French Balayage Shadow.
