How to use
- Clean and dry your teeth before use.
- Simply peel off the protective foil from the larger strip and place the adhesive side of the strips on the upper teeth and press firmly.
- Now fold the lower end around the teeth so that they are whitened all around. Repeat the same for the lower row of teeth with the smaller strip.
- Leave the strips on the teeth for 30-60 minutes for best results.
- After that, remove the strips and simply rinse your mouth.
