really bad
wanted to upgrade from my revlon, but this makes my hair even frizzier and looking more damaged than before. the heat is too low to actually style and hair is very dry. waste of money.
in addition, the package was delivered that was clearly a return from someone else, the box was opened before, the plastic holding it together was cut. I expected a new product, not a used one
