The Bepanthen PRO Eye Drops moisturise, soothe, and nourishdry, irritated eyes – without preservatives.
The Bepanthen PRO Eye Drops help with dry, red, itchy, or burning eyes: They replace or stabilise the tear film and protect against a feeling of dryness in the eyes in a gentle but effective way. Dry, irritated eyes are a sign of lack of moisture. One cause can be, for example, overheated room air.
The eye drops contain two moisturising substances – hyaluronic acid and the proven dexpanthenol, which additionally moisturises and soothes the irritated eyes. By moisturising, refreshing and caring, the discomfort is effectively relieved.
What ingredients are in the Bepanthen PRO Eye Drops?
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring, highly water-binding substance found in eyes, joints, and skin, where it ensures lubrication (slipperiness). Thanks to its viscous consistency, hyaluronic acid remains on the eye for a long time and can thus replace or stabilise the tear film. The dry eyes are supplied with moisture.
Dexpanthenol, also known as pro-vitamin B5, supports the moisturising effect of hyaluronic acid. It also has a high water-binding capacity and can thus refresh and additionally care for the dry and/or irritated eye.
The Bepanthen PRO Eye Drops contain no preservatives and are therefore very well tolerated.
Pack sizes
The Bepanthen PRO Eye Drops are available in the following pack sizes:
1 x 10 ml dropper bottle (shelf life after opening: 12 months)
To apply Bepanthen PRO eye drops, tilt your head back, open both eyes, and focus on a fixed point.
Use one finger to pull down the lower eyelid of the affected eye. With the other hand, hold the open container vertically and as close to the eye as possible.
Now, drip a drop of Bepanthen PRO eye drops into the conjunctival sac, near the outer corner of the eye.
Afterwards, close your eyes (do not squeeze them shut), gently roll your eyeballs, and press lightly with your fingertip on the tear duct for one to five minutes.
The Bepanthen PRO eye drops can be used long-term and are suitable for all contact lens wearers.
