How to use
- Apply the Kohl Liner along the upper waterline and smudge it slightly with your finger or a brush.
- Also add it to the lower lash line and waterline for a sexy, more defined look.
- The Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick can then be applied and blended to create a soft 90s-style smoky eye, or applied over the entire eyelid for a more polished look.
