For the production of Weleda Birch Active-drink, carefully selected young birch leaves from ecological wild collection are processed with organic lemon juice into a flavourful drink. The natural content of the birch leaves is preserved. The Weleda Birch Active drink is a watery extract of birch leaves refined with lemon juice. The product is sugar-free and suitable for diabetics.

Birches have a light, young, and dynamic effect on us. These dynamic properties are due to their intact water balance. In spring, the birch transports large amounts of liquid from the roots to the leaves, which then have a particularly high content of valuable flavonoids, saponins, and tannins.
