How to use
- Preparation and cleaning of the eye area.
- Mix 2 cm of Colour 1:1 (15 drops) RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream into a creamy paste and apply immediately to eyebrows and eyelashes.
- Leave on for 5–10 minutes.
- Remove with clear water and cotton pads.
Important: If RefectoCil Blonde Brow has been used beforehand, the application time is reduced to 1–5 minutes, and for Eyelash Curl or Eyelash Lift to 2 minutes.
