- people with fever, physical abnormalities, heart diseases, severe illnesses, acute illnesses, malignant tumors, tuberculosis, blood disorders, or similar symptoms
- people with epilepsy or a history of skin cancer (consult your doctor before use)
- people with any existing inflammations or pre-existing conditions
Additional Notes:
- Do not use on eyes, eyeballs, wounds, plastic parts, tumors, eczema, over the heart, etc.
- Avoid use if you have inflammation or other conditions.
- Do not use the device after recent injuries, surgeries, or facial treatments such as neurotoxin treatments, dermal fillers, microneedling, laser treatments, or chemical peels until the skin has fully healed.
- Consult your doctor before use if you’ve had aesthetic facial treatments like fillers, hyaluronic acid, Botox, etc.
- If discomfort occurs during use, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
- Use the tool according to instructions. Overuse may cause skin problems. Limit use to 3–5 times per week for 10–20 minutes per session. The blue light mode should not exceed 10 minutes.
- If you have sensitive skin, consult your dermatologist before first use.
- Do not use this device if you are allergic to light or taking medication that causes photosensitivity.
- If redness or swelling persists for more than 2 hours, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
- Do not use on open wounds or painful, raised, crusty, or bleeding skin.
- Ensure your skin is clean and dry before use for optimal results.
- Remove jewelry before use to avoid overheating or reflections.
- Do not use the device while taking antibiotics.
- Inspect the LED face mask before each use. Do not use if visibly damaged.
- The device cannot be operated while charging.
- Temporary redness may occur after treatment but should subside within 1–2 hours.
- Protect your eyes by using the eye shield and avoid looking directly at the LED light.
- This product is a home-use electronic device, not a medical device.
- Use only the supplied cable to charge the LED face mask.
- Perform a sensitivity test as described in the manual before the first use on your face.
- Only use the mask for indicated conditions. Risks for untested conditions are unknown.
- Do not apply retinol before using the red light or NIR mode. Bakuchiol is allowed.
- Some users may experience redness, dryness, or irritation from blue light.
- Excessive blue light exposure may cause pigmentation or darkening.
- Consult a dermatologist if you have existing skin conditions before using blue light.
- Use sunscreen as skin may be more sensitive to sunlight for 2–3 days.
- Store the LED face mask flat, in a dry, room-temperature location, away from direct sunlight.
- Keep the device out of reach of children.
- Avoid storing near fire, high heat, or high temperatures.
- Do not use the device if damaged by impacts or falls.
- Do not modify, disassemble, or repair the device yourself. Contact the manufacturer for repairs.
- Avoid contact between the internal battery and skin, eyes, or mouth. Seek medical help if exposure occurs.
- Do not twist, bend, or damage the charging cable. Discontinue use if the cable becomes hot or damaged.
- Avoid operating the device under blankets or cushions to prevent overheating.
- Remove creams, serums, lotions, or makeup before use. Only apply products suited for light therapy before treatment.
- The LED face mask is not waterproof. Do not submerge or machine wash it.
- Clean with non-alkaline cleaners, avoiding volatile oils, alcohol, thinners, or solvents.
