Organic Whole Grain Spelt Porridge from 5 Months
Nature has created spelt: a grain ideal for baby porridge, with a slightly nutty flavour. At the beginning of complementary feeding, it is best to initially add it spoon by spoon to a gluten-free porridge. Usable as a grain-milk porridge, dairy-free porridge, and grain-fruit porridge.

Ingredients
demeter spelt wholemeal flour*, thiamine (vitaminised according to law).
How to use
- Warm 100 ml whole milk and 100 ml water to about 50°C.
- Add 25 g cereal flakes (6 tbsp).
- Mix everything well, let the porridge soak briefly, and ensure the correct serving temperature (37°C). Enjoy your meal!
Alternatively, you can also prepare the cereal porridge with 130 ml breast milk, 200 ml whole milk or water, or a Holle infant milk made from cow's or goat's milk (150–170 ml).

- Please do not reuse leftover food and do not heat the porridge in the microwave (risk of overheating).
