Organic Whole Grain Spelt Porridge from 5 Months
Nature has created spelt: a grain ideal for baby porridge, with a slightly nutty flavour. At the beginning of complementary feeding, it is best to initially add it spoon by spoon to a gluten-free porridge. Usable as a grain-milk porridge, dairy-free porridge, and grain-fruit porridge.

demeter spelt wholemeal flour*, thiamine (vitaminised according to law).
How to use
- Heat 100 ml of whole milk and 100 ml of water to about 50 °C.
- Add 25 g of cereal flakes (6 tablespoons).
- Mix everything well, let the porridge swell briefly, and pay attention to the correct eating temperature (37 °C). Enjoy your meal!
Alternatively, you can prepare the cereal porridge with 130 ml of breast milk, 200 ml of whole milk or water, or with Holle infant milk made from cow's or goat's milk (150–170 ml).

- Use opened bag within 3 weeks.
