Ingredients:
Whole grain oat flour* 40%, whole milk powder* 25%, maltodextrin*, skimmed milk powder* 9%, strawberry powder* 2.7%, apple powder* 1.8%, calcium carbonate, thiamine (Vitamin B1), Vitamin A, Vitamin D
How to use
Preparation:
- Heat 100 ml whole milk and 100 ml water to approx. 50 °C.
- Add 25 g cereal flakes (6 tbsp).
- Mix everything well, let the porridge swell briefly and pay attention to the correct eating temperature (37 °C). Enjoy your meal!
Alternatively, you can prepare the cereal porridge with 130 ml breast milk, 200 ml whole milk or water, or a Holle infant milk made from cow's or goat's milk (150–170 ml).
