The Avène sunscreen spray SPF 30 combines high protection with invisibility.

• Sun protection: Photostable UVB-UVA filters that counteract the harmful effects of sun rays.
• High protection: Optimal SPF 30 protection against UVB and UVA rays that leaves no white marks.
• Antioxidant: Helps protect cells from free radicals thanks to provitamin E.
• Water-resistant: Protects the skin from the harmful effects of the sun even while swimming.
• No white residues: For invisible protection.
• Highly compatible formulation, delicately scented.

Avène's commitment to limiting impacts on the marine environment:

• Non-ecotoxic filters tested on 3 species important for marine biodiversity*.
• Products developed with optimized formulations to promote their biodegradability** and that have a limited number of UV filters.
• Packaging made from recycled or recyclable material, organically produced or compostable, or with reduced plastic content. Here: fully recyclable packaging made of at least 28% recycled material.
• Communication efforts aimed at raising public awareness of the need to choose appropriate sun protection and to follow recommendations for proper application.

*Tests conducted by the Oceanological Observatory in Banyuls-sur-Mer, the partner of the European Centre for Biological Marine Resources (or independent laboratories), on three key species of marine biodiversity – a coral species, a phytoplankton species, and a zooplankton species – in concentrations representative of sunscreen filters in the environment.
