How to use
Using the fine tip of the Manhattan Endless Stay Waterproof Gel Eyeliner, first draw a line along the upper lash line from the inner corner of your eye to the middle of your lid, then draw a line from the outer corner to the middle.
For Smokey Eyes, now draw a line along the lower lash line in the same way with the gel eyeliner pencil.
Now blend the eyeliner lines on the top and bottom with a brush to achieve soft transitions.
