How to use
- Prepare your face with a day cream or a make-up primer and then apply concealer and make-up.
- Take a small amount of Manhattan Soft Mat Loose Powder with a powder brush or puff and tap off the excess powder on your wrist.
- Now apply the matt powder evenly to your face. Start in the centre and gently blend it outwards – this will give you nice, soft transitions.
