How to use

For the longest possible hold of the eyeliner, the upper lash line should be dry and oil-free. Simply dab the upper lid with a cosmetic tissue.

The right base for a great wing additionally consists of some loose powder or an eyeshadow base applied to the eyelid. This ensures better hold of the eyeliner. Alternatively, you can also use some compact powder or light eyeshadow.
