The Colours Starter Mini Kit is ideal for practice purposes in vocational schools and for anyone working with RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash colours for the first time.

How to use
- Preparation and cleaning of the eye area.
- Mix 2 cm of colour 1:1 (15 drops) RefectoCil Oxidant 3% cream into a creamy paste and apply immediately to eyebrows and eyelashes.
- Leave to develop for 5–10 minutes.
- Remove with clear water and cotton pads.
- If RefectoCil Blonde Brow was used beforehand, the application time is reduced to 1–5 minutes, and for a lifting treatment to 2 minutes.
