How to use
- Take 1 tablet unchewed immediately before or during the consumption of foods containing lactose.
- Maximum 5 tablets daily.

- Lactase (β-galactosidase) per 1 tablet: 22,000 FCC units. Depending on the body's own lactase activity and the amount of lactose in foods and drinks, the dosage should be adjusted individually and as needed.
