How to use
- Daily amount: 18.5 g = approx. 2.6 measuring spoons (this figure refers to the 10 ml Power Life measuring spoon).
- One pack contains 30 daily portions.
- Stir the daily amount into 100–250 ml of liquid or semi-solid foods such as yoghurt, quark, etc., and consume promptly.
- Do not heat or chew.
How do I take the product?
Place the natural pearls directly into your mouth and then drink a glass of water. You can also mix the natural pearls into a fruit juice or take them with yoghurt.
Important: The natural pearls must not be heated or chewed, otherwise valuable vitamins will be lost. To prevent the natural pearls from sticking to your teeth, you can put them into a liquid and take them with a straw. Natural pearls do not dissolve in water.
When is the best time to take the natural pearls?
The natural pearls are best taken shortly before, during or immediately after a meal – this ensures they can work optimally. It is important to eat something around the time of taking them to prevent possible stomach aches and to ensure that fat-soluble vitamins can be optimally absorbed by the body. Especially for the first dose, it is recommended not to take the natural pearls on an empty stomach.
