How to use
- Daily amount 11 g = approx. 1.5 measuring scoops. (This information refers to the 10 ml Powerlife measuring scoop.)
- Stir the daily amount into 100–250 ml of liquid or into semi-solid foods such as yoghurt, quark, etc., and consume promptly.
- One pack contains 30 daily portions.
- Do not heat or chew.
How should I take the product?
Put the natural pearls directly into your mouth and drink a glass of water afterwards. You can also mix the natural pearls into a fruit juice or take them with yoghurt.
Important: The natural pearls must not be heated or chewed, otherwise valuable vitamins will be lost. To prevent the natural pearls from sticking to your teeth, you can put them in a liquid and take them with a drinking straw. Natural pearls do not dissolve in water.
When is the best time to take the natural pearls?
The natural pearls are best taken shortly before, during or immediately after a meal – this allows them to work optimally. It is important to eat something around the time of intake to prevent possible stomach pain and to ensure that fat-soluble vitamins can be optimally absorbed by the body. Especially for the first intake, it is recommended not to take the natural pearls on an empty stomach.
