The Brow Definer from Anastasia Beverly Hills is a versatile, triangular-shaped, retractable eyebrow pencil for defining, precising and filling in the eyebrows. How to use
For maximum control, only twist out a small amount of the eyebrow pencil (2–3 millimetres). This prevents overextension during application.
Remember: All Anastasia Beverly Hills products are highly pigmented – so apply with light pressure.
Start by defining the shape of the eyebrows. Brush the hairs upwards with the spoolie brush.
Use the flat side of the pencil tip to outline the underside of the eyebrow from the arch to the end.
Brush the hairs downwards and outline the top of the eyebrow from the arch to the end with the flat side of the tip.
Brush the hairs back into shape and fill in the eyebrow from the arch to the end with the middle side of the tip.
Refine the front part of the eyebrow by drawing hair-like strokes with the fine tip. Start at the base of the front brow, place the tip, and draw upwards in the direction of hair growth.
Use this technique to fill in sparse areas, blending continuously throughout the process for a natural result.
