Available in 2 shades, this versatile, double-ended tool features a shimmery end for highlighting the brow bone and a matte end for defining the brow line. For a natural-looking finish, first apply the shimmery side, then the matte side, and blend the creamy, wax-free formula.

How to use
How to use the Highlighting Duo Pencil:
- Start with the shimmering side of the Highlighting Duo Pencil and apply it below the brow line from the arch to the tail.
- Then use the matte side of the double-ended pencil beneath the brow – from the front part to the end.
- Blend with the flat side of brush 20 to achieve a seamless finish with a lifting effect for the brows.
As an eyeshadow primer:
- Use the shimmering side as a base for metallic, shimmering, or duochrome eyeshadows.
- Use the matte side as a primer for matte eyeshadows.
For extra shimmer and highlights:
- For an extra shimmer, apply the Highlighting Duo Pencil to the inner corner of the eye – for more brightness and intensity.
- It can also be used to highlight the highest points of the face.
