Collagen Hydrolysate is a flavoured drink powder consisting of bovine collagen hydrolysate in combination with vitamin C.
Collagen protein is a structural protein and, making up 30–35% of all proteins in the body, is one of the most abundant proteins. It is a key building block for skin, bones, cartilage, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue – in other words, for everything that keeps our body stable, resilient and at the same time flexible.
Why collagen?
From the age of 25, the body produces less collagen. The first signs are reduced skin elasticity, the formation of wrinkles, as well as joint discomfort and longer recovery times. Intense training loads, especially eccentric movements such as running downhill, jumping and strength training, place significant strain on tendons, cartilage and connective tissue. Collagen supports the regeneration of these structures. Even after injuries, collagen is crucial for the rebuilding of tissue.
Enriched with vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation and to the normal function of bones, teeth, cartilage, skin, gums and blood vessels.

Ingredients:
Hydrolysed collagen (beef), citric acid as an acidifier, ascorbic acid, flavourings, colouring paprika extract, sweetener steviol glycosides from stevia.
How to use
Collagen hydrolysate is suitable both for daily intake and specifically after strenuous training sessions or as part of muscle building. It is particularly advisable after eccentric loads such as downhill running or jump training, as these place especially heavy strain on structural tissues. In combination with Whey Protein the body can be optimally supported in the formation of connective tissue, skin and the extracellular matrix.
Furthermore, collagen helps to maintain skin elasticity and connective tissue as part of the natural ageing process.
Preparation:
Take 15 g daily with approx. 200 ml of water; optionally supplement with Whey Protein.
