Creatine enhances physical performance during short-term, high-intensity physical exertion (e.g. sprinting, weight training). Creatine Monohydrat contains pure creatine monohydrate as its sole ingredient and is completely unflavoured.
Creatine is typically obtained by the body from meat and fish and stored in muscle fibres as creatine phosphate. To achieve effective storage and the desired effect, intake over several weeks is necessary. Supplementation with creatine increases the energy reserves in the muscle cells, increases strength output and thus enables more intensive training.

How to use
In high-intensity interval sports.
- Loading phase: For 5–7 days, take a maximum of 20 g creatine monohydrate in 3–4 servings spread throughout the day, taken with a carbohydrate-containing drink.
- Maintenance phase: 3–5 g daily. 2 x 1 measuring scoop = 3.3 g.
For a positive effect, 3 g per day is necessary.
