Sponser Omega 3 Plus is a pleasant-tasting oil with natural citrus aroma – without an unpleasant fishy taste as proof of maximum freshness.
The fish oils used are obtained from controlled, certified sustainable wild catch and provide a uniquely high EPA and DHA content (eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid). Omega-3 fatty acids, such as EPA and DHA combined (1), contribute to a normal heart function. DHA also supports the maintenance of normal brain function and vision (2). Additionally enriched with vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 is an essential fat-soluble vitamin.

Fish oil with omega-3 fatty acid content, especially EPA, supplemented with vitamin D3, food supplement, with lemon flavour.
How to use
A daily intake is recommended either in the morning or in the evening, but not shortly before sporting activities.
Directions:
Take 1–2 teaspoons (5–10 ml) daily.
10 ml contain the recommended daily requirement (3 g EPA + DHA). The maximum daily intake considered safe is specified by EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) as 5 g EPA+DHA. Human studies on health effects have typically been conducted with doses between 2–5 g per day (6.7–16.7 ml).
Note:
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake (10 ml).
- Pregnant and breastfeeding women: max. ½ tsp (2.5 ml) per day.
- Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Keep out of reach of young children.
- Store at room temperature.
- After first opening, ideally store the bottle in the refrigerator for optimal shelf life (6 weeks).
