How to use
Defined line:
- Run the pencil along the upper lash line and extend the line slightly outwards.
- Apply it to the outer half of the lower lash line for more definition.
Smokey eye:
- Apply the pencil along the upper and lower lash lines.
- Blend it outwards and upwards with a brush or fingertip.
- Increase the intensity towards the outer corner of the eye.
- You can also highlight the inner corner of the eye with a lighter eyeshadow.
