Isotonic by SPONSER® is an isotonic thirst-quencher with a fruity flavour for before, during and after sport to support performance as well as to promote recovery. The broad carbohydrate spectrum (Multi-Carb Formula) and good tolerability distinguish our Isotonic.
Isotonic contains the 5 main electrolytes sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium and chloride. Calcium plays an important role in energy metabolism and, together with magnesium and potassium, supports muscle function. This product is vegan, and free from lactose and gluten.

How to use
Preparation:
- Fill a SPONSER® drinking bottle (750 ml) with cold water, add 2 scoops (52 g) of powder, shake and enjoy.
- Suitable before, during and after exertion.
- Drink approx. 0.5–1 litre per hour, depending on thirst and sweat loss.
