How to use
- Place the cuff on your upper arm so that its lower edge is 2 to 3 cm above the elbow and the air tube is on the inside of the arm (according to the marking with the red arrow on the cuff).
- Sit upright and ensure that the centre of the cuff is at heart level.
- Remain seated quietly for 5 minutes, then press the power button to start the measurement.
