How to use
Temperature measurement in the ear canal
- Remove the protective cap.
- Gently insert the measuring probe into the ear canal – ensure it does not feel uncomfortable.
- Then press the measurement button on the thermometer. When you hear a beep, the measurement is complete. Carefully remove the thermometer. You can easily read the measurement result on the display.
- Carefully wipe the surface of the sensor with a cotton ball or soft cloth moistened with alcohol (75% isopropyl).
- Place the thermometer in the fabric pouch to keep it well protected until the next use.
Temperature measurement on the forehead
- Place the protective cap on the thermometer.
- Place the measuring probe on the centre of the forehead and lightly touch the forehead: this will give a more accurate measurement result.
- Then press the measurement button on the thermometer. When you hear a beep, the measurement is complete. You can easily read the measurement result on the display.
- Carefully wipe the surface of the sensor with a cotton ball or soft cloth moistened with alcohol (75% isopropyl).
- Place the thermometer in the fabric pouch to keep it well protected until the next use.
