How to use
- Please disinfect the probe before the first use.
- To switch on, press the "ON / OFF" button next to the display; a short beep indicates that the thermometer is ready for use.
- At the same time, the thermometer performs a self-test, during which the symbol "« «" appears on the LCD display.
- When the letters "L" and a blinking "°C" or "°F" appear on the display, the thermometer is ready to use.
- If the ambient temperature is below 32 °C or 89.6 °F, an "L" appears on the LCD display. If the ambient temperature is above 43.9 °C or 111.0 °F, an "H" appears on the LCD display.
- During the measurement process, the current temperature is continuously displayed and the "°C" or "°F" symbol blinks. The measurement is complete when a beep sounds 5 times and the "°C" or "°F" symbol stops blinking.
- The measured temperature appears on the LCD display.
- When the measurement is complete, please switch off the thermometer by pressing the "ON / OFF" button and disinfect it after each use. Incorrect temperature measurement methods can lead to inaccurate results.
