How to use
- Shake the bottle and remove the protective cap. When using for the first time, the pump may need to be pressed several times until the liquid flows out.
- Gently insert the nasal applicator into one nostril and press the pump.
- Allow excess solution to drain to remove mucus, then blow your nose.
- Repeat the process with the other nostril.
- Clean the applicator with water and dry it.
