How to use
Patients with circulatory problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, and pregnancy should consult a doctor.
- For menstrual pain, place the product with the adhesive side on the underwear and not directly on the skin.
- Clean and dry the affected area.
- Remove the product from the protective pouch and peel off the protective layer.
- Place the patch on the painful area, ensuring it adheres fully to the skin. (It may take up to 30 minutes to reach the intended temperature).
- Remove the patch after a maximum of 12 hours.
