How to use
- Clean and dry the affected area. If you have a wound, cover it with a dressing or bandage. Hold the bandage with one hand and place the outer side of the bandage on the skin. This will help you unroll the bandage more easily.
- Unroll a sufficient length before you start wrapping on the skin so that the bandage can relax. Apply the first circle without tension.
- Continue wrapping the bandage in only partially overlapping circles. Apply the bandage with just enough tension to achieve the desired level of support. Remember to unroll a sufficient length of the bandage from the roll to avoid applying the product with too much tension, which could cause circulation problems. If numbness and tingling occur, remove the bandage and reapply it with less tension. If the pain persists, consult a doctor.
- Tear the bandage.
- Press the end of the bandage to secure it without tension.
