How to use
- For best results, brush your teeth quickly and thoroughly.
- Then dry your teeth, for example with a tissue, so the strips adhere better.
- Use the longer strip for the upper teeth and the shorter one for the lower teeth – press on and fold back.
- Leave to work for 30–40 minutes, remove the strips, rinse well with water and brush again.
- Ideally use once daily for 7 days, or 2–3x per week as part of your beauty routine.
